Bidding Farewell to the Old and Welcoming the New, Opening a New Year
At the start of 2024, we began the year with a grand annual meeting to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Dragon. This was not only to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the past year, but also to look ahead to the infinite possibilities and dreams of the future. MOers joined hands to begin the journey of the new year, looking forward to the brilliant chapters to come.

Songs, Laughter, and Shared Festivals
Spring Festival
MO prepared New Year gifts for all MOers. Each gift conveyed MO's care and warm wishes for everyone, adding a special touch of warmth to the upcoming Spring Festival.
Lantern Festival
During this Lantern Festival filled with reunion and celebration, MO prepared steaming hot yuanxiao for everyone. Each one carried MO's warm blessings and deep care for MOers. We wish all MOers, whether at home or at work, the happiness of reunion and the joy of the festival.
International Women's Day
March is a beautiful season of spring. With the spring breeze, we welcomed International Women's Day. Our female colleagues shine in their respective roles and contribute indispensable "her power" to the company's development. On this day filled with respect and celebration, MO prepared carefully selected gifts for every female MOer. Each gift represented the company's respect and gratitude for our female colleagues. May every female MOer continue to shine in life and work, showing the charm of independence and confidence.

Dragon Boat Festival
During this festival rich in tradition, MO prepared handmade colored cords and invited every employee to weave their own Dragon Boat Festival bracelet. Each cord carried beautiful wishes for good fortune and symbolized health and peace. By weaving this traditional ornament by hand, we could not only experience the rich cultural meaning of the Dragon Boat Festival, but also feel the warmth of the team and the joy of collaboration, weaving our own festival memories.

Mid-Autumn Festival
From midsummer to golden autumn, from new moon to full moon, joy is always part of the Mid-Autumn Festival. With lanterns in hand and the bright moon above, we first chose our favorite lantern styles. After shaping, bonding, and other steps, brilliant lanterns came into being one after another. Each lantern carried our longing for reunion and beauty, symbolizing the warmth and peace of Mid-Autumn night. We wish all MOers a happy Mid-Autumn Festival, family happiness, and all the best.
Wishes Bloom, Peace Year After Year
At each monthly birthday party, MOers celebrated another wonderful chapter of life together. Every piece of cake and every candle carried our sincere wishes for the birthday stars. At every birthday party, we shared not only sweetness, but also joy and memories. We wish all birthday stars a happy birthday and a future filled with sunshine and hope every day.
Learning Without End, Sailing Toward the Future
In 2024, we held 18 internal sharing sessions in total, with 16 speakers bringing us their insights. The average online attendance for each session exceeded 50 people, and the average satisfaction score reached 4.45!
We are committed to integrating sharing content with the practical needs of every MOer. From frontier technologies to industry trends, we encourage team members to go beyond their current roles, break through limitations, and progress together with the company. We believe that through every MO Lecture Hall session, every MOer can gain valuable knowledge and inspiration, jointly driving the company's innovation and development.

In November, we also worked with 3节课 to hold an online learning week, preparing a wide range of online courses covering software development, general workplace skills, and popular AIGC applications. The event accumulated more than 60 hours of learning time, with each participant learning more than 3 hours on average during the week.

Colorful Refreshments, Shared Moments
Each Beer Bash brought MOers together to enjoy a relaxed and pleasant time. Exquisite snacks and tempting milk tea, accompanied by laughter, allowed the tense pace of work to slow down for a while. This not only helped MOers relax physically and mentally, but also strengthened communication among teams. We look forward to sharing more moments like these with MOers in the future.
